Athens Network of Collaborating Experts (ANCE) implemented its first local activity* in the framework of the project ๐๐๐ฌ๐ญ๐๐จ๐ง๐๐ฌ – ๐๐ฑ๐ญ๐๐ง๐๐ข๐ง๐ ๐ญ๐ก๐ ๐๐จ๐ฆ๐ฉ๐๐ญ๐๐ง๐๐๐ฌ ๐จ๐ ๐๐๐ฎ๐ฅ๐ญ ๐๐๐ฎ๐๐๐ญ๐จ๐ซ๐ฌ, on 25 May 2021. The discussion was held in the national language of the host organization (Greek).
Nineteen (19) people, mainly adult educators, but also people involved in adult education and a cultural mediator as well, had the opportunity to learn more about the project and its upcoming activities, network with other organizations and / or individually with educators active in the field of adult education, share their concerns and suggestions.
In the first part of the event, the General Manager of ANCE introduced the audience to the mission and the goals of the host organization.
ฮคhe second part started with a brief but useful description of the theoretical framework regarding adult education and the different types of education, focusing on the non-formal type.
After the sharing of this information, the project was unfolded; the objectives, the activities and the outcomes were thoroughly discussed, while the consortium was concisely presented as well. The means of dissemination of the project were displayed at the final part of the projectโs presentation.
The event ended with a discussion on how BestBonds project could be beneficial to the participants and moreover, how they participants could contribute to the future activities of the project.
*Due to the restrictions of COVID-19, the event was held online via a teleconference on Zoom.
