Extending the competences of adult educators

The BestBonds project aims to develop the skills of educators and other staff who support adult learners.
The organizations will address fundamental concepts that are at the base of teaching, but also reduce the social exclusion and discrimination:
We organize Learning, Teaching and Training Activities through different countries – Poland, Greece, Croatia and others.
They will be fulfilled at 97 local mobilities in total. The projected, tangible results are, as follows:

Holisticly, the expected result is the creation of a new humane and unifying teaching methods that, thanks to what educators will have understood from sharing good practices with other countries, will make learning more effective, inclusive, entertaining, stimulating and pleasant for all kinds of learners, reducing or eliminating the possibility of social exclusion, disrespect or discrimination.
Thanks to the beneficial knowledge the teachers will have attained, as for identifying and addressing variegated groups of learners in a constantly evolving Europe, they will be able to break down most of the barriers normally associated to adult education, but also combat the ones created by the COVID-19 pandemic, ergo, the challenges of digital-based education. Such a teaching example could be the starting point to reach Europe far and through with the recognition of competences acquired in a nonformal and informal context. For adult learners, leaving out their respectable nationality, religion, sexual orientation, educational level or reason for learning, needs to be accepted as the only way towards unbiased and universal education. Most importantly, the learners need to rest assured that their cultural baggage is equally and equitably considered, renowned and treated in a uniform way in all European Countries.

We believe that thanks to these concrete, refined results produced, the knowledge on adult teaching will reach a broad audience of educators in all European countries.
