Activity description

This lesson scenario is focused on human rights and specifically on the rights of migrants and refugees. In this learning scenario we will follow a circle methodology. The starting point is the evaluation of each participant’s knowledge, regarding the specific rights of migrants and refugees. The participants receive a personal evaluation form, in which they have to fill out the overview of the rights and obligations of the migrants and refugees (by answering True or False). The participants will be asked to repeat the evaluation at the end of the session, in order to monitor the progress of their knowledge.
The session continues with a brainstorming about human rights. Who are included? Are the rights addressed to everyone? Are there any exceptions?

The third part of the session will focus on human rights with a specific focus on migrants’ realities. The trainer will go through the rights and their explanation.
The participants are asked to contribute with their ideas, examples and comments.
